This is true that there is no shortcut for increasing subscribers till when your views will not increase.

1. End Screen & Annotations option:
This is one of the great features of YouTube marketing. So, you must have to utilize this for growing your YouTube Channel subscribers and views.
Your first step will be you have to login into your YouTube account then you will see this option mentioned below in attached screen shot.
After clicking on End Screen & Annotations Tab you will directly redirects to another page where you will see add element option as mention in the attached screenshot.
Once you will click on the Tab “Add Element” option it will show a pop up with few features such as:

- Link of website
There is not any hard rule for using this feature. You just have to use 2 different videos with subscribe button or you can use most recent video with most popular and subscribe option or you can use 3 different videos with subscribe option.

When it comes to social media platforms, use of hash tags is important. Be it Google+, Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms that use these hash tags. # helps to increases your potential reach. Anyone looking for something related to your post, on the basis of your hash tag will come across your post automatically, whenever they search for it. Only use relevant hash tags when you create a post which is linked to your YouTube video. Someone who is making videos on cooking can use the hash tag #cookingtips, #cookeryshow or #recipes. With hash tags, you can reach people who might not be currently following you.
7. Spy on Competitors Videos:
This is one of the most important moves that you have to make i.e. keep a close eye on your competitors. You should know what they have done and are up to. On the basis of collected information, find out how you can improve and implement those ideas. You don’t have to behave like a copycat because what works for others might not work for you. It is completely fine to be aware of the latest happenings but at the end of the day it should be your own plan and strategy.
